Applications must be submitted online through the Applicant Portal. Applications will not be available or accepted at CVR NY’s office, nor will CVR NY provide computers, internet access, or in-person assistance at its office for the submission of applications.

CVR New York will select 5,000 applicants for the Westchester County HCV Waiting List through a randomized computer lottery process.
