The City of Mount Vernon, New York through the Mount Vernon Urban Renewal Agency, is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified consultants and/or firms for professional services to prepare the: (1) FY2025-2029 Consolidated Plan; (2) the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Plan (AI); and (3) the Annual Action Plan covering Fiscal Year 2025; and (4) the Annual Action Plans covering Fiscal year 2026 - 2029.

All proposals must be received by 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time on Friday, September 13, 2024 at the following address:
