Request For Proposal: Housing Quality Standards Inspections and Lead-based Paint Inspections and Risk
The County of Westchester (the “County”), acting by and through its Department of Social Services (“DSS”), is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for housing quality standards inspections and lead-based paint inspections and risk assessments for properties that may participate in the County’s ‘Emergency Housing Assistance Program’ (“EHAP”).
