Sandler Search is proud to lead the search for the next Executive Director (ED) of LifeWay Network, the only organization in the New York City Metro area providing safe housing to survivors of both labor and sex trafficking, domestic or foreign-born.

The ED will be an experienced leader and manager who is knowledgeable and passionate about ending global human trafficking, supporting survivors of trafficking, and educating the general public about this important issue.

The ED will oversee all day-to-day functions of the organization, including its safe housing and educational program, development, finance, human resources, and strategy. As the lead public advocate for LifeWay Network’s mission, the ED will champion the organization’s impact at its programs and other convenings of human trafficking experts and advocates. The ED will also drive efforts to grow and diversify funding and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders.

This is a hybrid position, with in-person time shared between the Tarrytown office and Safe Houses in Queens and the Bronx. The compensation range for this role is $130,000-$140,000.
