Training Video

In this video viewers will learn how to complete a CART so that a person can be referred to available eviction prevention resources.

Follow these steps whenever people you are in contact with indicate that they are at-risk of immediate homelessness. This means they might be facing eviction, living doubled-up in someone else’s home, have moved twice in last 2 months, living in a place that is overcrowded, or fleeing domestic violence.

NOTE: This tool is not to be used for clients who are already experiencing homelessness (e.g. living in a shelter, on the street, in a vehicle or other location not intended for human habitation.)

This is a recording of the live training conducted on February 18, 2022.
